Are the photographs limited editions?
Yes. Editions will be managed as Shopify inventory per format. The exact edition size and remaining quantity will be shown live only after launch.
How long does production take?
The current target is 7–12 business days plus shipping. The final estimate will be confirmed by a real WhiteWall test order.
Do you ship outside Switzerland?
The launch test covers Switzerland and at least one European country. Available destinations and exact charges will be calculated at checkout.
What happens if a print arrives damaged?
Photograph the print, packaging and shipping label and contact us promptly. A damaged or incorrectly supplied work will be assessed for replacement under the shipping policy.
Is framing available?
Selected formats will be offered framed after packaging and delivery have been physically tested. Unframed editions will also be available.
Can I see an artwork in my room?
Yes. Interior previews are shown on the site, and a tailored scale recommendation can be requested before purchase.
