Made to order

Each fine art print is produced specifically for your order from the full-resolution master file. The current target is 7–12 business days for production, plus delivery. The final estimate is displayed beside the purchase control and confirmed at checkout.

Delivery

Launch delivery will cover Switzerland and the European destinations that pass the shipping test. Charges are calculated according to format, framing and destination before payment. Any applicable import duties or local taxes outside Switzerland are the buyer's responsibility.

Damage in transit

If an order arrives damaged, contact lightsofmemories.art@gmail.com promptly and include photographs of the print, all packaging, damaged corners and the shipping label. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved. After assessment, a replacement or another appropriate solution will be arranged.

Returns

Because prints are made to order, returns for a change of mind are generally not accepted. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights or claims for a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied order.
